Do you offer an express delivery service?
At this time we are only able to offer our standard
delivery times on all of our products, these are listed on the product pages and
also when you add an item to the basket.
Do you send a proof before going to print?
Generally no, but we can send a proof over for you
should you wish at no extra charge. A proof should be requested within 1 hour of
ordering. For those who have ordered a design from us,
previews will be sent over at every stage of the process and a final proof will
be sent before being sent to print.
Can you guarantee the turnaround time on my
order?
Turnaround times are estimated, and although 99% of
our orders are completed within the estimated time we cannot guarantee delivery
times will be met.
Can you quantity ship orders or
send to multiple addresses?
No. If you place an order it cannot be shipped to multiple addresses but only 1
address. The only way to get around this is to order lesser quantities and ship
to each different address by placing a new order each time.
Can I come in-store and place my order?
Yes you can but by appointment only. We only
recommend visiting one of our sales reps if you wish to place very large orders
or require bespoke printing or design services over a long period of time.
Essentially, if you can place an order online, we recommend you do so. To book
an appointment with one of our sales reps, call the number at the top of the
page.
I've made a mistake or would like to amend my
order, can I do that?
Of course you can! Providing your order has not
gone to print, we can amend it as required. Just contact us via email or phone
with your order number.
Can I cancel my order at any time?
You can cancel any order providing it has not gone
to print. If it has gone to print, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded
unless faulty or misprinted. If you have ordered design work, you may still be
charged if the design process has already commenced.
Please Note: Refunds made to
credit/debit cards can take up to 30 days to complete, refunds to paypal
accounts are instant.
Can you ship outside of the UK?
It is not possible for us to ship outside of the
UK. If you wish to ship outside of the UK, then why not get the items delivered
to you or your place of work and then arrange for them to be collected via
courier from there.
When will I receive my cashback?
If you have asked for the 'Printed by
ReflexMedia.co.uk' text to be added to your design you will be sent 5% cashback
of the value of the flyers/leaflets you have orderd. This can take up to 30 days
to complete and wil appear on your statement as 'Refund - Reflex Media'
